PCYC’s Big Change Raffle is operated by genU (ABN: 74 614 366 031) to raise funds to support the delivery of WA PCYC’s vital services which include providing recreational activities, diversionary programs and alternative education for children who need it most in Western Australia.

Assuming all tickets are sold; 1 ticket has a 1 in 27,500 chance of winning the Grand Prize.

The following people are prohibited from purchasing a ticket:

  • Board members and their family members residing at the same address,
  • WA PCYC staff and their family members residing at the same address,
  • ticket fulfilment staff including employees associated with the lottery and their family members residing at the same address.
  • People below 18 years of age.

Ticket purchasers cannot purchase a ticket under another name, or for a minor. There is no limit on how many tickets a participant may purchase.

PCYC Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse a purchase from anyone not acting in PCYC’s best interest, without notice or explanation.

A valid ticket holder is eligible to participate in the Big Change Raffle and win a prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. By purchasing a ticket online, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Winners are responsible for claiming their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing and by phone. Where PCYC is unable to contact a winner or any prize remains unclaimed, the requirements of the applicable state legislation will be followed.

The total retail value of the prize pool is $35,000.

The maximum number of tickets in the draw is 27,500. All tickets are $5.

Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun. In accordance with Australian consumer law, PCYC is not obligated to provide a refund for any ‘change of heart’ decisions related to the purchase of a ticket.

The draw results and records held by PCYC shall be deemed correct and final. PCYC accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the lottery period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. All information contained in entries is the property of genU.

Overseas non-Australian citizens or residents must check in their own country that there are no restrictions on them purchasing a ticket in the draw.

 

EARLY BIRD PRIZE:

The Early Bird Prize winner will choose between a Holiday for two to Broome with flights and accommodation valued at $5,000 or $5,000 cash. The Early Bird winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

If the Early Bird Winner chooses the Holiday for two to Broome, arrangements between the Prize Supplier and the Early Bird Prize winner will commence immediately. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months.

If the Early Bird winner chooses to take the $5,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by a PCYC representative.

The Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Grand Prize Draw.

 

GRAND PRIZE:

The Grand Prize winner will choose between a Holiday for two to Japan with flights and accommodation, or a Honda HR-V or $30,000 cash. The Grand Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Holiday for two to Japan, arrangements between the Prize Supplier and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months.

If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Honda HR-V, arrangements between the Prize Supplier and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicle may take over 12 months, depending on stock availability. This prize includes all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance. The vehicle will be available for collection at an authorized dealership located in a major city within the Grand Prize winner’s state.

If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the $30,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by a PCYC representative.

EARLY BIRD DRAW: Friday, 15 May 2026

Only tickets purchased before midnight AWST, Wednesday, 13 May 2026 are eligible for the Early Bird prize.  Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Grand Prize.

 

GRAND PRIZE DRAW: Friday, 26 June 2026

All tickets purchased before the final ticket sales close at midnight AWST, Wednesday, 24 June 2026 are eligible to win the Grand Prize.

Draws are conducted electronically. All winners will be published on pcycwaraffle.com.au within 48 hours of all draws being completed.
