BIG CHANGE CLUB TERM AND CONDITIONS
This agreement is for your ongoing Big Change Club subscription. It outlines your rights, our commitment to you, your responsibilities and where you should go for assistance.
Terms of your subscription
You must be 18 years or over.
To activate your Big Change Club subscription, you must provide your payment information, email address and contact details.
By providing those details, you authorise PCYC to automatically debit your nominated account on the second Tuesday of each month until it is updated according to this Agreement.
You authorise PCYC to automatically debit your nominated credit card monthly for the number of tickets specified when registering, until further notice.
Your nominated volume of ticket(s) will be repeated each month until it is updated according to this Agreement.
The debit amount will be for the volume of ticket(s) you nominated, as updated according to this Agreement.
Once your credit card payment is approved then your ticket(s) will be emailed to your nominated email address, which was provided at the time of registration.
If the payment is declined, for reasons such as insufficient funds, expired credit card, a dispute, and so on, then PCYC cannot guarantee you a ticket(s) for the forthcoming Big Change Raffle. It is your responsibility to contact Big Change Raffle with an alternative payment method on 08 9387 0465.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available in the nominated account to meet each payment on the due date.
Once your payment is received each month, you will receive an allocation of “tickets” to the value of your automatic monthly Big Change Club subscription. Your tickets will be emailed to you.
We may retry debits for Big Change Raffle tickets at various times after the first unsuccessful payment.
The terms and conditions of the Big Change Raffle apply and are subject to change.

If payment is due on a non-banking day (e.g. public holiday), it will be debited from your account on or around the next business day.
Ticket numbers are randomly selected, and ticket numbers cannot be pre-selected.
Changes to your subscription made by you
You must notify the Big Change Raffle team of any changes to your payment details, email and contact details by contacting hello@pcycwaraffle.com.au or 08 9387 0465.
You can also adjust your volume of tickets at any time by contacting Big Change Raffle at hello@pcycwaraffle.com.au or 08 9387 0465.
Requests for changes to your Big Change Club subscription must be received at least five working days prior to the next scheduled payment.
Changes to your subscription made by PCYC
We may need to change this Agreement for compliance or other reasons. We will give you at least 14 days’ notice in writing when changes are proposed to this Agreement.
If you continue your subscription, then we take it that you accept the changes. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your subscription at hello@pcycwaraffle.com.au or 08 9387 0465.
Please note, ticket prices may change. In such instances, we will provide you with at least 14 days’ notice of any changes to:
- the ticket pricing. PCYC will continue to debit funds from your account and provide the closest number tickets up to your agreed transaction amount. You will have the option to change the number of tickets you purchase or cancel your Big Change Club subscription at any time; and
- the Big Change Club payment date. PCYC will continue to debit funds from your account for the agreed transaction amount on the new payment dates.

Refunds
If you request a refund on the purchase of Big Change Raffle tickets, you will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor commission. This process may take several weeks. Refunds will not be issued after the prize draw close date and time.

Draw Dates
The Big Change Club draw is open exclusively to Big Change Club members who hold a valid monthly membership at the time of each draw. One draw will be conducted each month.
Eligible Big Change Club members enrolled in the monthly debit program will be entered into the draw to win $1,000 cash, with draws taking place on Friday, 17 February and Friday, 17 March 2026.
